Refund Policy


  1. Our online English course is eligible for a refund, cancellation (with written notice), or transfer from one student to another.
  2. The one-time deposit collected at the beginning of a student's enrolment shall be refunded upon completion of a level. 
  3. In the event a student does not complete a semester or has to withdraw halfway through the course, we may approve a refund request provided the Student notifies the school of their desire to withdraw in writing at least a month before. It is to be sent via email (verbal requests are not accepted) to the following address: hello@sparrowsenglish.com.
  4. All transfer requests shall be made at least a month before. The Student will have to purchase the Student Book or E-book again. We will only allow transfers if the Student has not been able to follow the lessons as expected or benefit from the learning objectives set.
  5. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
